Architectural Design Information

The Ranch Club Design Review Committee can help you navigate the Review Process as you decide to build a new house, renovate or make changes to your existing building, plan any site or landscape improvements, and/or construct or add to fences or other enclosed structures. The Ranch Club Design Review Committee meets monthly on the fourth Wednesday of every month. If you have any questions, please contact us at the following email: ranchclubdesignreview@gmail.com

If you are building new construction or adding on to an existing home, these are the steps of the Review Process:
a. Complete the following Application Forms (paste links to these forms) and email the completed forms to ranchclubdesignreview@gmail.com
b. Send in a non-refundable Design Review Fee of $350. You can mail a check to the following address:

c. Send in conceptual plans (PDF file), including the parcel survey, the site plan, the preliminary floor plans and roof plans, and preliminary elevations to ranchclubdesignreview@gmail.com. Please refer to the Ranch Club Design and Construction Guidelines for more detailed information (Section 2.5, Page 9-10)

Once these are completed and submitted to the Committee, these will be reviewed at the monthly meeting for conformance with the Ranch Club Design and Construction Guidelines and you will receive a written response.

Once the conceptual plans are approved, the Final Submittal Review and Approval comes next, along with the Landscape Submittal Review and Approval, and then the Final Construction Review. Please refer to the Ranch Club Design and Construction Guidelines for more detailed information (Section 2.6 – 2.9, Pages 10-12).
